* 5PAISA CAPITAL: The company's subsidiary, 5Paisa P2P, has got the certificate of registration from the RBI to act as non-banking finance company for peer-to-peer lending.
* ADANI PORTS AND SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE: New World Fund Inc sold 0.5% stake or 10.7 mln shares of the company at 375.34 rupees per share via a bulk deal on the BSE.
* ADANI TRANSMISSION: On Saturday said it has bought back non-convertible debentures worth 1.35 bln rupees.
* AXIS BANK: Has sold 22 mln shares or 0.8% stake in RELIANCE POWER at 3.65 rupees apiece via a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.
