USD/JPY. Pair after opening at104.02 and made HIGH of 102.17 and could not sustain the higher levels of 105 mark the pair now violated the crucial supports of 104 mark so now the supports will become resistance and pair is likely to see supply in that region intraday utilize the rise to sell the pair

Fundamental Overview

Yen is trading at 102.75, continuing to appreciate against the US dollar as investors remained nervous before the US elections. US dollar continued to remain sold after the FOMC statement and the trend is likely to continue going into the US elections. Japan remains closed today but safe haven buying would keep the Yen bid.

GBP/USD. Pair after opening at 1.2244 made a high of 1.2322, and seen some buying from the lower levels near 1.2270 levels but the pair was finding resistance at 1.2340 and the pair is trading in a broader range of 1.24-1.2200 with oscillator front RSI remains oversold so likely to see some volatility going ahead in the above mentioned range
STRATEGY

Fundamental Overview

Pound is trading at 1.2329, appreciating considerably after the construction PMI data beat expectations. Focus would be on the bank of England inflation report, meeting minutes and the speech from Mark Carney. It is unlikely that the bank would cut rates at this meeting. Pound is set to stabilize and we continue to prefer selling rallies.

EUR/USD. Pair after opening at 1.1049 Made a high of 1.1123 and traded with some trending to positive bias the pair had strong fall from the levels of 1.15 and fall below the supports of 1.10 mark and now is trading above the supports so if the pair able to maintain above the 1.10 mark likely to test the higher levels with MACD indicators giving crossover

Fundamental Overview
Euro is trading at 1.1117, continuing to appreciate against the US dollar, helped by the uncertainty surrounding the US elections. Economic data remained supportive for the euro zone with the employment and manufacturing data reported in line with expectations. Dollar weakness would continue to drive the pair higher after the pair breached 1.11. A sustained trade above this level would take the pair higher.

USDINR, the pair after opening at 67.00 and made a high of 67.03 and had side wise session to a narrow range bar that suggest bulls and bears are in tug of war, for past many weeks and the pair is trading in the range of 66.60-67.00 levels for past many days on spot basis , and trend is likely to be the same for the day

Fundamental Overview

US dollar index is trading at 97.23, continued to remain beaten down as markets remained nervous before the US elections. FOMC statement was a nonevent as per expectations. The statement was slightly hawkish, with two members wanting an immediate hike. FED has acknowledged the improving economic conditions and markets continue a 70% chance of a FED hike in December. Expect the weakness in the US dollar to remain as we inch closer to the election date.

The Indian rupee opened flat at 66.72 per dollar Thursday against previous close 66.71. Kotak Mahindra Bank said, "US FOMC statement continues to signal a Fed rate hike in December. However, dollar has given up gains against major currencies awaiting the outcome of US presidential election next week." "Overall risk-off sentiment has impacted Indian stocks, bonds adversely and has kept rupee in a range. USD-INR pair to trade in a range of 66.55-66.85/dollar for the day." The dollar dropped, extending the longest losing streak since July, as currency traders seeking a clearer signal that Federal Reserve policy makers are determined to raise rates this year were left disappointed. Investors are also coping with uncertainty just six days before the tightening US presidential election and two days before the October employment report.
