Bajaj Finance: The Reserve Bank of India has directed the non-banking finance company to stop sanctioning and disbursing loans under its two lending products, eCOM and Insta EMI Card, with immediate effect. This action is necessitated due to the non-adherence to the digital lending guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, particularly the non-issuance of key fact statements to the borrowers under these two lending products and the deficiencies in the key fact statements issued in respect of other digital loans sanctioned by the company.
One 97 Communications: The Paytm operator has announced a partnership with global travel technology company Amadeus to redefine the travel experience with artificial intelligence. For the next three years, the company will integrate Amadeus's expansive travel platform, enhancing travellers' experiences from search to booking and payments.
Suzlon Energy: India's largest renewable energy solutions provider, said its S144, 3 MW, and 3.15 MW wind turbine series has received the RLMM (Revised List of Models and Manufacturers) listing from the MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy). This is an important milestone required for the successful commercialization of the product.
Vedanta: Malco Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, namely Vedanta Copper International VCI Company. The new subsidiary will set up a copper rod manufacturing unit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
ASK Automotive: Goldman Sachs Funds Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio has bought 23.2 lakh equity shares, which is equivalent to 1.18 percent of paid-up equity, via an open market transaction at an average price of Rs 310.05 per share, which amounted to Rs 71.95 crore.
Rox Hi-Tech: The IT solutions provider will list its equity shares on the NSE Emerge on November 16. The issue price is Rs. 83 per share. Its equity shares will be available for trading in the trade-for-trade segment.
VST Tillers Tractors: The farm equipment manufacturer has unveiled three brand new tractors, including its indigenously developed electric tractor, at the Agritechnica 2023 in Hanover, Germany. The three products, the 929 EV, the 932 DI with Stage V engine, and the 929 with HST transmission, are displayed at AGRITECHNICA. It also showcased its state-of-the-art Stage V engine (24.5 hp).
Bondada Engineering: The company has received work orders worth Rs 34.35 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL). Bondada will provide infrastructure as a service (IaaSP) for the supply and erection of GBT, infrastructure as a service provider (IaaSP) for the supply and installation of infrastructure items, and subsequent O&M (operation and maintenance) for 5 years for the cluster of Lakshadweep.
Satin Creditcare Network: The microfinance company said the board members will meet on November 20 to consider fund raising via the issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
