USD/JPY. Pair after opening at 113.00 and made high of 113.14 and saw some sidewise session after a bearish candle after a continuing with the upward trend for past many days 114 is a key resistance and pair is likely to be respect 110 as it has taken out 109 comfortably. Expect some resistance near the 114.00 and likely to be volatile but can BUY the pair for the day.

Fundamental Overview

Yen is trading at 114.07, appreciating against the US dollar as the formers rally stalled yesterday. Positive data from the US failed to move the dollar higher as investors preferred to stay on the sidelines before the key US non-farm data in the evening today. Expect sideways movement in the pair and a positive reading from the US will drive the pair towards 115 in the evening.

GBP/USD. Pair after opening at 1.2612 made a high of 1.2642, and seen some short covering after a pull back , but it respected 1.2450 mark and saw some bounce few days back from this levels but 1.25-1.26 has been strong resistance in the pair and now taken out so likely to see some more bounce in the pair in the intraday sessions.

Fundamental Overview

Pound is trading at 1.2605, rallying past the 1.26 mark in yesterday’s session on the news that UK could retain access to the single market in EU after Brexit. Pound continues to remain vulnerable to Brexit related news and any positive comments will propel the pair higher. Construction PMI data scheduled to be reported today, if better than expected could drive the pair higher but the US dollar rally should keep tabs on sharp appreciation.

EUR/USD. Pair after opening at 1.0595 Made a high of 1.0669 and saw the pair trading sidewise in the range of 1.0580-1.0690 for past days and i1.0700 is acting as a strong resistance in the pair and pair is forming lower top and lower bottom formation on daily time frame but and will likely to find support at lower levels of 1.0590 but intraday utilize sell on rise for the pair.

Fundamental Overview

Euro is trading at 1.0673, appreciating against the US dollar as the dollar rally stalled. Economic data
reported from the EU was in line with expectations but all focus would be on the Italian referendum due to be held this Sunday. Expect a test of 1.07 in the day’s session as investors continue to book profits before the key US data. Euro remains a sell on rallies going into the FOMC meeting on the 15th.

USDINR, the pair after opening at 68.84 and made a high of 68.84 and saw side wise to selling session after some trend reversal from 69.00 levels , the pair has seen sharp selling yesterday but strong supports of 68.35 key levels to watch if hold then can see some bounce in the pair but
likely to see some range bound activity.

Fundamental Overview

US dollar index is trading at 100.92, remaining subdued and failing to garner additional steam in yesterday’s session. There was a slight uptick in the weekly jobless claims and manufacturing activity has been reported to remain upbeat for the month of November. Markets are likely to remain cautious before the non-farm payrolls data in the evening and a positive reading would guarantee a rate hike on the 15th and is likely to drive the dollar higher.

The Indian rupee opened marginally higher at 68.28 per dollar on Friday versus previous close 68.34. HDFC Bank said, "Uncertainty due to demonetisation and issues related to FCNR outflow is almost over. The effect of CRR increase is also discounted." "Indian foreign exchange market is now more or less stabilised after USD-INR pair touched a lifetime high of 68.86/dollar earlier. The pair is now expected to consolidate within the 68.20-68.50/dollar range." The dollar lost some ground against a basket of currencies as traders booked gains following a solid November and on caution ahead of today's government payrolls report.
