Pre-Session: Higher opening on cards for Indian indices today

Domestic bourses are expected to start the day in green on Wednesday but the sentiment is likely to be kept in check by the continous surge in Covid-19 cases in India.
Corporate results, Rupee's trajectory, and foreign fund flow will be the other top triggers for investors.
A total of 22 companies including Bajaj Auto, Dr Reddy's Laboratories, UltraTech Cement, and Jubilant FoodWorks, are scheduled to announce their March quarter earnings today.
On Tuesday, the 30-share benchmark index ended at 30196.17 up by 167.19 points or by 0.56 % and then NSE Nifty was at 8879.1 up by 55.85 points.
