* 5PAISA CAPITAL: The company's subsidiary, 5Paisa P2P, has got the certificate of registration from the RBI to act as non-banking finance company for peer-to-peer lending.

* ADANI PORTS AND SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE: New World Fund Inc sold 0.5% stake or 10.7 mln shares of the company at 375.34 rupees per share via a bulk deal on the BSE.

* ADANI TRANSMISSION: On Saturday said it has bought back non-convertible debentures worth 1.35 bln rupees.

* AXIS BANK: Has sold 22 mln shares or 0.8% stake in RELIANCE POWER at 3.65 rupees apiece via a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* BANK OF INDIA: On Thursday, the bank's board will consider raising funds through shares, bonds via various modes, which may include qualified institutional placement at an appropriate time.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Board to meet Wednesday to consider raising funds via securities.
-May issue shares first and bonds later as it plans to raise $2 bln-$4 bln to pay up its adjusted gross
revenue-based dues.
-The company and VODAFONE IDEA will increase tariffs from Tuesday, the hike ranging between
10% and 45%, while also making the minimum monthly entry plan expensive, hiking it to 49 rupees from 35 rupees.

* BHARAT PETROLEUM CORP: The company has started production of Bharat Stage-VI fuel in all its four refineries to conform to the new fuel norms from April 2020.

* BIOCON: Biocon Biologics is focusing on innovative business models to reduce the cost of human insulin and cancer drugs, as it looks to build a pipeline of 28 biosimilars across global markets.

* CENTRAL DEPOSITARY SERVICES INDIA: The offer for sale for shares of the company was
subscribed 0.69 times on Friday with the company receiving bids for 2.86 mln shares, including the bids received from non-retail and retail investors.

* COCHIN SHIPYARD: The company entered into an agreement with the Andaman and Nicobar
Administration on Thursday to operate and manage the Marine Dockyard at Port Blair for 30 years.

* COMPUCOM SOFTWARE: Has received an order worth 61.8 mln rupees for operation and maintenance of Labour Department Management System for 5 years.

* CORPORATION BANK: RBI has imposed a penalty of 15 mln rupees on the bank for violation of nonperforming asset recognition, portfolio valuation norms, and delay in fraud reporting and non-monitoring of end-use of funds.

* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP: RBI has filed an application for initiation of corporate insolvency resolution proceedings against the company under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

* DILIP BUILDCON: The company received an order of 12.5 bln rupees from Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority to develop Gorakhpur Link Expressway Project on engineering, procurement, and construction basis.

* EICHER MOTORS: November total CV sales was at 3,594 units, down 24% on year.

* EVEREADY INDUSTRIES: The company and MCLEOD RUSSEL INDIA have informed that the
Calcutta High Court has vacated the ad-interim order of injunction, which had restrained both companies from transferring, alienating or encumbering any of its assets till the application filed by IL&FS was disposed off.

* HDFC ASSET MANAGEMENT CO: SEBI as fined seven people a total of 8.5 mln rupees in the 'frontrunning' case in relation to the company.

* HDFC BANK: On Friday reduced its retail prime lending rate and base rate by 35 basis points each.

* GAIL INDIA: GAIL Gas will supply piped natural gas to 300,000 households in Dehradun district under the city gas distribution project.

* ICICI BANK: Former chief executive officer of the bank, Chanda Kochhar approached the Bombay High Court to challenge the bank's termination letter issued earlier this year.

* IFCI: Has sold 5 mln shares or 2.83% stake in COX & KINGS at 1.95 rupees apiece in a bulk deal on the NSE.

* INFOSYS: The company has received an order from the Australian government's Services Australia to transform the entitlement calculation engine for the nation's welfare system.
Amazon, the company and YES BANK are among the 28 companies that have responded to an expression of interest, floated by Tea Board, for using blockchain and allied technologies to determine the traceability of tea.

* JAGRAN PRAKASHAN: The board will meet on Dec 9 to consider a proposal to buy back fully paid-up equity shares.

* L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS: The committee of directors has approved raising up to 600 mln rupees through cumulative compulsorily redeemable non-convertible preference shares on private placement basis at a dividend rate of 7.60% per annum.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: November total auto sales was at 41,235 units, down 9% on year.

* MANPASAND BEVERAGES: The board to meet on Thursday to consider and approve audited financial results of the company for Jan-Mar and 2018-19 (Apr-Mar).

* MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA: Total sales 150,630 units in November, down 1.9% on year.

* NBCC INDIA: Likely to offer more land to lenders and reduce timeline for completion of about 20,000 flats in its final bid to acquire bankrupt realty firm JAYPEE INFRATECH.

* NCC: Various schemes of Nippon India Mutual Fund on Wednesday sold 0.7% stake or 4.25 mln shares in the company through the open market.

* NESTLE INDIA: The company and Haldiram's have agreed to work with distributors to iron out the issues of alleged discriminatory pricing by consumer goods companies between general trade and newer sales channels such as modern trade and e-commerce.

* NTPC: The BSE has said that the state-owned company made an application to list commercial papers on the stock exchange for an issue size of 15 bln rupees.

* OBEROI REALTY: The company is in talks with Marriott International for a 120-room luxury five-star hospitality project as part of its total 1.8-mln sq-ft mixed-use project in Mumbai's Worli locality.

* RBL BANK: The bank's board of directors has approved raising up to 8.26 bln rupees by issuing up to 24.24 mln shares through a private placement with five investors.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Reliance Jio said it would be hiking the tariffs for its 'all in one' plans by 40% from Friday.

* RUCHI SOYA INDUSTRIES: Patanjali Ayurved has secured loans of 32 bln rupees from a consortium of lenders led by State Bank of India primarily to fund its acquisition of the company through insolvency process.

* PVR: SS Theatres LLP, a Chennai-based company, has sold 1.13% stake or 550,000 shares in the
company at 1,804.06 rupees apiece in a bulk deal on the NSE.

* RASHTRIYA CHEMICALS & FERTILIZERS: India Ratings & Research has downgraded the outlook on the rating of the company's long-term non-convertible debentures to "negative" from "stable" on Nov 20, while retaining the rating at "AA".

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: Reliance Jio is slated to get the tower and fibre assets of the
company, housed under Reliance Infratel, with the Mukesh Ambani-led telecom company making the
highest bid of 36 bln rupees for these assets.

* RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE: Lender Axis Trustee Services has invoked a pledge on 3.23% stake or 8.5 mln shares held by it in the company between Nov 21 and 28.

* RITES: The government will sell up to 1.25 mln shares to the eligible employees of the company at
278.83 rupees a share, which is at a discount of 5% to retail category offer for sale price.

* ROLTA INDIA: The Bombay High Court has set aside National Company law Tribunal's order to initiate insolvency proceedings against the company.

* SHOPPERS STOP: The company has opened a new store at Mani Square in Kolkata.

* SOBHA LTD: Set to enter new property markets and launch projects in Delhi, Hyderabad and
Thiruvananthapuram as it aims to expand beyond the 10 cities where it has ongoing projects.

* STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA: Plans to commence manufacturing of special quality rails for highspeed train corridors and metro projects in the next two years.

* TATA MOTORS: Total domestic sales in November were at 38,057 units, down 25% on year.

* TVS MOTOR CO: The company has opened its new flagship outlet in Guatemala City.

* UNION BANK OF INDIA: A committee of directors has approved the allotment of 1.66 bln equity shares to the government at an issue price of 70.90 rupees per share, amounting to 117.68 bln rupees.

* UNITECH: SEBI has slapped a fine of 200,000 rupees on the company for wrong disclosure of
shareholding pattern of some promoters.

* VA TECH WABAG: Has signed a contract worth 14.8 bln rupees with the Uttar Pradesh government to take up operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants in Agra and Ghaziabad.

* VEDANTA: The committee of directors of the company will consider, in a meeting on Wednesday,
offering rated, secured and redeemable non-convertible debentures aggregating up to 30 bln rupees in one or more tranches.

* YES BANK: The bank decided to raise up to $2 bln by issuing equity linked securities on a preferential allotment basis, in a meeting on Friday.

* ZUARI AGRO CHEMICALS: The company has resumed production at its nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorous production plant at Zuarinagar, Goa.
