Results on October 26 : ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, Yes Bank, Godawari Power & Ispat, JK Cement, Meghmani Organics, REC, SBFC Finance, Titagarh Rail Systems, and Voltamp Transformers will announce their earnings for July-September quarter on October 26.
Axis Bank : The Reserve Bank of India has given its approval for the re-appointment of Amitabh Chaudhry as the Managing Director & CEO of Axis Bank for a further three years, effective January 1, 2025.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank : The Board has appointed S. Balakrishna Kamath as the Chief inancial Officer of the bank. Kamath will take charge on or before January 3, 2025.
Jubilant Pharmova : Jubilant Pharma's subsidiary, Jubilant Pharma Holdings Inc., USA, has voluntarily prepaid a $25 million term loan, equivalent to Rs 210 crore, from its internal accruals on October 23. Jubilant Pharma is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jubilant Pharmova.
Kansai Nerolac Paints : The company has entered into definitive agreements for the conveyance or assignment of lease with Aethon Developers (a subsidiary of Runwal Developers) for the sale of its land parcel at Lower Parel, Mumbai, together with the building thereon, for Rs 726 crore.
Shriram Properties : Enforcement Directorate officials conducted search activities at the company's office premises in Bengaluru and Chennai. The search process has been completed without any material developments. The company has provided necessary clarifications or details sought by the officials to their satisfaction by extending full cooperation.
Freshara Agro Exports : Tropical Agro System India acquired a 0.84 percent stake, and HDFC Bank bought a 1.27 percent stake in Freshara Agro at an average price of Rs 135 per share.
Rane Engine Valves : Unique Asset Management LLP sold a 0.7 percent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 490.02 per share.
Arihant Foundations & Housing : Singularity Equity Fund I bought a 1.24 percent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 630.25 per share. However, HI-Tech Housing Projects sold a 0.98 percent stake at the same price.
