Buzzing Stocks : Religare Enterprises, Bank of Baroda, Awfis Space Solutions, Phoenix Mills to be in focus on Tuesday.
Religare Enterprises : The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a complaint against Rashmi Saluja, Executive Chairperson, Nitin Aggarwal, Group CFO, and Nishant Singhal, Group General Counsel, for their alleged role in a false case against the Burmans of the Dabur group.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services : The company has entered into an agreement with HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited. Zaggle will provide HDFC ERGO with the Zaggle Propel reward platform (channel rewards and recognition).
Lemon Tree : The Company has signed a License Agreement for a property in Nashik, Maharashtra. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly- owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited and is expected to open in FY 2026.

Action Construction Equipment Limited : The company has been awarded an order from the Ministry of Defense for the supply of 99 forklifts.
LIC : The company has increased its shareholding in equity shares of Container Corporation of India from 5.773 percent to 7.781 percent.
Awfis Space Solutions : The company announced that it has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with SMS Integrated Facility Services Private Limited for the divestiture of its Facility Management division – Awfis Care for a sale consideration of Rs. 27.5 Crores.
Phoenix Mills Limited : Sparkle One Mall Developers Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company, has received a demand order under Section 73 of the GST Act from the GST authorities for the payment of tax liability along with applicable interest and penalties for FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, and FY 2022-23.
