Buzzing Stocks: Yatra Online, Aurobindo Pharma, Dixon Tech, SJVN, others in news.

Yatra Online: The corporate travel services company will list its equity shares on the BSE and NSE on September 28. The issue price has been fixed at Rs 142 per share. The date of allotment of the IPO shares was set as September 25.

Aurobindo Pharma: Subsidiary Auro Vaccines has entered into a licence agreement with Hilleman Laboratories Singapore Pte Limited to develop, manufacture and commercialise a pentavalent vaccine candidate used in children vaccination. Auro Vaccines will make milestone payments to Hilleman upon achieving certain development and clinical study outcomes, while Hilleman will also be paid royalties upon commercialisation of the vaccine candidate.

Dixon Technologies: Subsidiary Padget Electronics has entered into an agreement with Xiaomi Technology India for manufacturing of smart phones and other related products for Xiaomi. The said manufacturing will take place from Padget’s manufacturing facility at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

SJVN: The company has commenced the mechanical spinning of unit-I of 60 MW Naitwar Mori Hydro Electric Project (NMHEP) at Mori in Uttarakhand. The project will generate 265.5 million units of electricity annually. The company has set up 37 km 220 KV transmission line for evacuation of power from Naitwar Mori HEP from Bainol to Snail.

Tata Power Company: Subsidiary Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL) will set up a 41 MW captive solar plant at Thoothukudi in Tamil Nadu for TP Solar's new greenfield 4.3 GW solar cell and module manufacturing facility at Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu. The captive plant will help generate 101 million units of electricity and offset around 72,000 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. The captive solar project will be commissioned 12 months from the signing of the project development agreement (PDA). TP Solar’s manufacturing plant is expected to start commercial production of cells and modules by FY25. TP Solar is a subsidiary of TPREL.

Reliance Industries: Subsidiary Reliance Jio has net added 39.07 lakh wireless subscribers in the month of July 2023, up sharply from 22.7 lakh subscribers addition in previous month, as per the data published by the TRAI. With this, the firm held 38.60% market share of the wireless subscribers as of July 2023.

Bharti Airtel: The telecom operator has net added 15.17 lakh subscribers in the month of July, increasing from 14.1 lakh subscribers addition in previous month. The firm has 32.74% market share in the wireless subscribers segment as of July 2023.

Vodafone Idea: The mobile network operator company continued to lose the customer base. As per the TRAI data, it lost 13.2 lakh subscribers in July this year, against loss of 12.9 lakh subscribers in previous month. Its market share stood at 19.92% in the wireless subscribers segment as of July 2023.

NBCC India: The state-owned construction company has announced sale of commercial built-up space in World Trade Centre, New Delhi through e-auction. It launched the sale on September 27 and the e-auction will take place on October 23 this year. The area offered for sale is 14.75 lakh square feet and the value of area offered is Rs 5,716.43 crore.

Oberoi Realty: The company has entered into a Development Agreement for development and redevelopment of approximately 13,450 square meters of land at Tardeo in Mumbai City. The company expects to generate a free sale component of around 2.5 lakh square feet (on carpet area) from the said Land.

Cellecor Gadgets: The Delhi-based electronic gadgets maker will make its debut on the NSE Emerge on September 28. The issue price is Rs 92 per share. Its equity shares will be available for trading in trade-for-trade segment.

Marco Cables & Conductors: The wires, cable wires, and conductors manufacturing company will make its debut on the NSE Emerge on September 28. The offer price is Rs 36 per share. Its equity shares will be available for trading in trade-for-trade segment.

Hi-Green Carbon: The trading in waste tyres recycling company shares will be commenced on the NSE Emerge, with effect from September 28. The offer price is Rs 75 per share. Its equity shares will be available for trading in trade-for-trade segment.

Larsen & Toubro: With respect to share buyback issue, the engineering and infrastructure major said the settlement of bids on the stock exchanges, return of unaccepted equity shares, and payment of consideration to eligible shareholders who participated in the buyback will take place on September 28 instead of September 29, 2023, due to change in banking working day from September 29 to September 28.

JSW Steel: The company has completed the acquisition by purchasing the entire 50 percent stake held by National Steel Holding (NSHL) in NSL Green Steel Recycling (NSL). Consequent to completion of this acquisition, its shareholding in NSL has increased from 50 percent to 100 percent and NSL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company effective September 27.

KEC International and Nazara: KEC has received orders from various GST authorities on September 13 and September 16, 2023. It has received GST orders for Rs 20.89 crore, from GST Authority, Utter Pradesh, and GST Authority, Rajasthan. Meanwhile, gaming & sports media platform Nazara has received a show cause notice from Director General of GST Intelligence, Mumbai stating a tax demand of Rs 2.83 crore along with interest under section 50 of CGST and penalty.

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality: The company and its subsidiary Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy (Toscano) will jointly acquire 53.3 percent stake in Blue Planet Foods (Salt), in a mix of primary and secondary investment. Total cash outgo will be Rs 23.1 crore and will be funded through internal accruals. The cost of acquisition of equity shares of Blue Planet is Rs 39,844 per share.

KP Energy: The company has successfully commissioned further 10.5MW (Phase-V) ISTS connected wind power project comprising 5 numbers of WTGs of 2.1MW each at Sidhpur site in Devbhoomi Dwarka. This Phase-V commissioning is a part of the 250.8MW ISTS connected wind power project capacity awarded to Apraava Energy by Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) under Tranche-VIII bidding. KP Energy is developing the project for Apraava Energy as a contractor under the land and balance of plant contract.

Power Finance Corporation: The company has transferred subsidiaries Ananthpuram Kurnool Transmission Limited established for the development of transmission scheme associated with the transmission scheme for solar energy zone in Ananthpuram ( Ananthapur) (2500 MW) and Kurnool (1000 MW), Andhra Pradesh, and Bhadla III transmission Limited established for the development of transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20 GW) under Phase III-Part B1, to Power Grid Corporation of India.
