CG Power & Industrial Solutions | Yes Bank sold 2.8 crore equity shares in company at Rs 14.6 per share on the NSE and 2,38,27,756 shares at Rs 14.66 per share on the BSE. However, GDN Investments acquired 46 lakh shares in CG Power at Rs 14.66 per share.

Indiabulls Real Estate: Indiabulls Real Estate NAM Estates (NAM) and Embassy One Commercial Property Developments (NAM Opco have entered into a definitive merger, the companies said in a joint statement on August 18. NAM and NAM Opco are subsidiaries of the Embassy Group. The combined IBREL entity, to be renamed Embassy Developments Ltd, will be co-headquartered in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
