* ALLCARGO LOGISTICS: To pay 3 rupees per share interim dividend.

* ANSAL HOUSING: Has defaulted on secured term loan worth 187.9 mln rupees, including both principal and interest, from IFCI on Feb 15.

* ASIAN HOTELS (NORTH): Venus India Asset-Finance sold 275,000 shares or 1.4% stake in the
company at 66.53 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* AUTOLINE INDUSTRIES: The company defaulted on payment of 22.8 mln rupees of term loans, which include principal and interest components, to Tata Motors Finance Solutions on Feb 14.

* BAJAJ AUTO: Shareholders have approved to fix foreign portfolio investors' investment limit at 24% of paid-up equity share capital of the company.

* BAJAJ FINSERV: Shareholders have approved to fix foreign portfolio investors' investment limit at 24% of paid-up equity share capital of the company.

* BAJAJ HOLDINGS & INVESTMENT: Shareholders have approved to fix foreign portfolio investors' investment limit at 24% of the company's paid-up equity share capital.

* BHARAT ELECTRONICS: Nippon Life India Trustee sold 8.18 mln shares or 0.34% stake in the
company through the open market on Thursday.

* BOSCH: Board of directors has approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the company to carry out business in the field of automotive products.

* BRIGADE ENTERPRISES: To pay 1 rupee per share interim dividend.

* COFFEE DAY ENTERPRISES: Private equity major Blackstone Group and Bengaluru-based Salarpuria Sattva have jointly acquired a 3.3 mln sq ft office park, Global Village Tech Park, in the city owned by the company for 25 bln rupees.
-Is likely to face stumbling blocks in its asset monetisation efforts, with reports surfacing that 20 bln
rupees of cash from the books of accounts were missing.

* DELTA CORP: Has closed casinos in Goa till Mar 31 due to coronavirus.

* GHCL: Board has approved proposal for demerger of textile business of the company and incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary for the textiles business.
-The company will pay 3 rupees per share interim dividend.

* GMR INFRASTRUCTURE: Promoter GMR Enterprises acquired 41.82 mln shares or 0.7% stake in the company through the open market on Friday and Monday.

* GRASIM INDUSTRIES: The Competition Commission of India has imposed a penalty of 3.02 bln rupees on the company pertaining to its domestic man-made fibre.

* GUJARAT STATE PETRONET: Platinum Investment Management A/C Platinum Asia Fund sold 3.2 mln shares or 0.6% stake in the company at 200.40 rupees apiece in a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* HDFC BANK: Has executed an agreement to sell 2.05% stake, or 9,650 shares of Softcell Technologies at 43.55 rupees per share, for 856,000 rupees.

* HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS: To pay 33.25 rupees per share interim dividend.
-Is poised to scale another summit this year, with its operational turnover for 2019-20 on track to
exceed 200 bln rupees for the first time ever.

* HINDUSTAN FOODS: Board has approved demerger of contract manufacturing business of Avalon Cosmetics and subsequent merger of the same with the company.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Will hold 7.97% stake in the reconstructed YES BANK.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE: The Enforcement Directorate has found that YES BANK gave a 2-bln-rupee loan to the company in 2016 for a project, but the amount was allegedly diverted to repay an earlier loan of the lender to ensure that the company account is not classified as a nonperforming asset.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: Has raised 29.95 bln rupees through a privately placed debenture issue to fund its capital expenditure requirements.

* INDUSIND BANK: The Hindujas have asked the Reserve Bank of India that they be allowed to raise their stake in the bank to 26% from the mandated 15%, citing the relaxation granted to Uday Kotak recently.

* JSW STEEL: Has decided not to make the payment of 197 bln rupees to close the Bhushan Power and Steel transaction without getting the final nod from the Supreme Court.

* LASA SUPERGENERICS: Has recently started development of antiviral compound Favipiravir for the treatment of COVID-19 in collaboration with the Institute of Chemical Technology.

* MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA: Will sell its Tour range of vehicles--Tour H1 and H2 hatchbacks, Tour S (sedan), Tour V (van) and Tour M (multipurpose vehicle)--through its commercial vehicle network.
-The company has introduced the Bharat Stage-VI compliant S-CNG Eeco van.

* MPHASIS: Board has approved the appointment of Manish Dugar as chief financial officer, effective May 15.

* NAVA BHARAT VENTURES: The agreement with TATA STEEL for conversion of chrome ore into ferro chrome has been extended for a further 12 months till Mar 31, 2021.

* OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP: To pay 5 rupees per share interim dividend.
-In light of the recent slide in global crude prices, the company is set to "adopt a balanced approach
towards capital spending", and expects the government to take favourable policy measures to boost the company's performance.

* OMAX AUTOS: Has entered into an agreement with Omax Fusions to borrow 120 mln rupees through unsecured loan.

* POWER FINANCE CORP: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has appointed Ravinder Singh Dhillon as the chairman and managing director of the company.

* POWER GRID CORP OF INDIA: Nippon India Mutual Fund sold 15.09 mln shares or 0.3% stake of the company through open market on Thursday.

* PRISM JOHNSON: Board will consider changing terms of unsecured redeemable non-convertible
debentures, tranche-X worth 750 mln rupees on Apr 3.

* PUNJ LLOYD: At the thirteenth meeting of the committee of creditors, the resolution professional 
informed that two proposals for insolvency resolution of the company have been received.

* SADBHAV INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT: Has received 4.58 bln rupees as second tranche on sale of entire stake in seven operational road projects to IndInfravit Trust.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Has entered into a pact to sell its entire 20% stake in payment technology solutions company A Little World.
-After having infused 60.50 bln rupees in YES BANK by buying 6.05 bln shares at 10 rupees apiece, the bank's shareholding in the private bank stands at 48.21%.

* SUNDARAM FINANCE HOLDINGS: The board has approved acquisition of up to 2.48% or 309,504 shares in India Motor Parts & Accessories for up to 150 mln rupees, from the secondary market or through any other mechanism that may be permitted under the regulatory framework.

* TITAGARH WAGONS: The company's Italy arm Titagarh Firema SpA has suspended operations for 15 days to deal with COVID-19 while having a few personnel either working from home or when possible at the facilities.

* TORRENT POWER: Plans to raise 1 bln rupees through bonds maturing on Mar 17, 2023, and has invited bids on Wednesday.

* VODAFONE IDEA: The government's application to the Supreme Court over adjusted gross revenue dues on Monday has cited calls it received from banks to save the company from bankruptcy, as they feared their capital position would otherwise come under immense strain.

* WOCKHARDT: Shareholders have approved sale of some operations to DR REDDY'S
LABORATORIES.

* YES BANK: The reconstruction plan for the revival of the bank is "credible and sustainable" and will help the bank sustain for years to come, according to Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das.
-Moody's upgraded the bank's long term rating to Caa1 from Caa3, and the outlook to positive from
under review.
-Many retail investors are in a state of shock with the bank's decision to write down 84.15 bln rupees
worth of additional tier-1 bonds of the total 86.90 bln rupees.
-The Enforcement Directorate has summoned top corporate honchos, including Essel Group
promoter Subhash Chandra, JET AIRWAYS (INDIA) founder Naresh Goyal and INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE Chairman Sameer Gehlaut, to appear before it for questioning this week in connection with its money laundering probe against the bank promoter Rana Kapoor and others.
