* ADANI GAS: The Supreme Court has upheld an award for piped gas distribution network in Tamil Nadu to a Gujarat-based firm by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board. Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the company, and justified the regulatory board's action saying that calling the bidders with the highest composite scores cannot be faulted.

* ARROW GREENTECH: Has received an intimation notice from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board to stop operations at a manufacturing unit in Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

* ASIAN PAINTS: Will pay second interim dividend of 7.15 rupees per share, the record date for which is Mar 4.

* BAJAJ HEALTHCARE: Will acquire Vetpharma's manufacturing facilities of bulk drug and active
pharmaceutical ingredient comprising immovable properties and movable properties, including plant and machinery in Thane, Maharashtra, for 205 mln rupees in an all-cash deal.

* BANDHAN BANK: The Reserve Bank of India has lifted the restriction on the bank for opening
branches.

* BANK OF BARODA: The bank has moved Supreme Court against Calcutta High Court's order in the matter of a bank guarantee issued on behalf of Simplex Projects.

* BHARAT PETROLEUM CORP: Has procured 500 mln barrels of distress crude (five shiploads) at a discount of $3-$5 per barrel to the already low prevailing price following order cancellations by
coronavirus-hit China this month.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Net lost 11,050 users in December as against 1.6 mln added in November.

* BLISS GVS PHARMA: Chairman and Independent Director Mayank Mehta has resigned, effective
Monday, due to personal reasons.

* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP: A special Prevention of Money Laundering Act court observed that the company's assets did not appear to be "proceeds of crime" when it recently granted bail to its promoter Kapil Wadhawan in a money laundering case that the Enforcement Directorate is investigating against deceased drug smuggler Iqbal Memon alias Mirchi.

* DR LAL PATHLABS: Will pay an interim dividend of 6 rupees per share.

* GODAWARI POWER AND ISPAT: Has received the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board's approval to operate its rolling mill with capacity of 400,000 tn per annum and iron ore beneficiation plant with capacity of 1 mln tn per annum.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the corporate family rating of HPCL-Mittal Energy to Ba2 from Ba1 and the company's senior unsecured bond rating to Ba3 from Ba2. HPCL-Mittal Energy, or HMEL, is a joint venture between the company and Mittal Energy Investment of the Lakshmi N Mittal group.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Plans to raise at least 20 bln rupees by issuing bonds maturing in 10 years at a coupon of 7.40%, and has invited bids for the same on Thursday. The issue also has a greenshoe option of 30 bln rupees.

* ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO: Has sold 3.44% stake of NRB Industrial Bearings on Monday.

* INDIA CEMENTS: Ace investor Gopikishan Damani bought 8.5 mln shares or 2.75% stake in the
company at 82.70 rupees in a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: Has not received any communication from the Securities and Exchange Board of India on non-disclosure of related-party transactions.

* IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS: Has received the Mumbai-Pune Expressway Project under the toll-operate-toll model. Will pay Maharashtra State Road Development Corp a total of 82.62 bln rupees over a period of 10 years and two months for the sub-concession rights. The company will pay 65 bln rupees upfront.

* JSW STEEL: Fitch Ratings has cut the outlook for the company's long-term issuer default rating to
'negative' from 'stable' earlier to factor in a risk in the company's ability to generate free cash flows and cut debt.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Reliance Jio Infocomm net added 82,308 users in December as against 5.6 mln added in November.

* SANOFI INDIA: Will pay a final dividend of 106 rupees per share, and a one-time special dividend of 243 rupees per share.

* TATA CHEMICALS: Promoter Tata Sons has bought 1.62 bln shares or 0.64% stake in the company at 749.62 rupees a share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* VODAFONE IDEA: Net lost 3.64 mln users in December as against 36.4 mln lost in November.
