* ADANI ENTERPRISES: The Adani group will join the race to acquire Air India and plans to submit an expression of interest by next month

* AVANTI FEEDS: Will pay interim dividend of 5 rupees a share.

* BANDHAN BANK: Shares of the bank, HDFC LIFE INSURANCE CO, and INFO EDGE INDIA will be included for trading in the futures and options segment from Friday.

* BAJAJ FINSERV: Nanoo Pamnani, an independent director of the company, passed away on Saturday.

* BHARAT FORGE: Will pay interim dividend of 2 rupees a share.

* CAMLIN FINE SCIENCES: The manufacturing facility belonging to the company's subsidiary CFS Wanglong Flavours (Ningbo) Co located in Yuyao City, Zhejiang province, China, resumed operations on Monday.

* COX & KINGS: IFFCO Tokio General Insurance on Monday moved the National Company Law Tribunal to recover 800 mln rupees from the company.

* DELTA CORP: Small Cap World Fund Inc has sold 0.6% stake or 1.74 mln shares of Delta Corp at
160.04 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORP: The Enforcement Directorate's preliminary enquiry has pointed at misappropriation of funds to the tune of 250 bln rupees by the promoters of the company in the alleged financial fraud.

* GUJARAT POLY ELECTRONICS: The board has approved sale of surplus land at Gandhinagar
Electronics Estate in Gujarat for 65 mln rupees.

* HDFC BANK: Managing Director Aditya Puri in February sold 1.25 mln shares of the bank held by him "to exercise stock options vested in his name, which would otherwise lapse, imminently".

* HERO MOTOCORP: Analysts are unsure about the company's ability to maintain its market share and pricing power, despite its plans to invest 100 bln rupees over the next five to seven years, and enter the premium motorcycle segment with the launch of its new Xtreme 160R.

* HINDALCO INDUSTRIES: Is likely to complete expansion at its alumina refinery in Utkal, Odisha, by the end of the December quarter as it has already completed 70% of the work there.

* HINDUSTAN UNILEVER: Will form a new subsidiary, which would help the company become more agile and customer-focused to leverage growth opportunities in a fast-changing business environment.

* INDIAN HOTELS CO: Aims to open more than one hotel every month in 2020-21 (Apr-Mar) as part of its expansion drive. The company has reached a milestone of 200 hotels with an inventory of over 25,000 rooms in over 100 locations.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: Global energy major Exxon Mobil Corp and the company have signed an agreement to help deliver natural gas in containers to Indian cities outside the pipeline network.

* JINDAL STEEL AND POWER: Preparing to sell dollar-denominated bonds to refinance debt held by its overseas units.

* JSW STEEL: Has been declared the preferred bidder for Jajang iron ore block of Keonjhar, Odisha, by the state government.

* LUMAX AUTO TECHNOLOGIES: The board has approved the acquisition of roto moulded plastic auto component business of OK Play Group, comprising OK Play India Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary OK Play Auto. The consideration is to be paid in cash.

* NHPC: Abhay Kumar Singh has assumed charge as chairman and managing director of the company, effective today, till the date of his superannuation-- Aug 31, 2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

* NTPC: The Competition Commission of India has approved the company's acquisition of the central government's entire stake in THDC India and North Eastern Electric Power Corp.

* PTL ENTERPRISES: The Supreme Court has dismissed the Kerala government's special leave petition filed against the company over a land compensation litigation with respect to the Kochi metro rail project.

* RBL BANK: The Reserve Bank of India on Monday conveyed its approval to re-appoint Rajeev Ahuja as executive director of the bank for three years.

* RELIANCE HOME FINANCE: Axis Trustee Services has sold 3.77 mln shares or 0.8% stake in the company at 1.05 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* SHILPA MEDICARE: The board has approved the sale of its biological unit through slump sale to
wholly-owned subsidiary Shilpa Biologicals.

* SONATA SOFTWARE: Wholly-owned subsidiary Sonata Software North America Inc will acquire up to 17% stake in US-based SemiCab, Inc.

* SUVEN LIFE SCIENCES: The company has received US Food and Drug Administration's approval for calcium acetate drug.

* SUZLON ENERGY: The company's board will meet on Thursday to consider raising funds through
issuance of equity shares, equity-linked instruments or convertible securities by way of preferential issue, private placement or any other method allowed.
-Lenders to the company have agreed to a restructuring plan that allows the company to convert 82
bln rupees of loans to long-term optionally converted debentures and preference shares.

* TAKE SOLUTIONS: Promoter Take Solutions Pte has sold 4.9% stake or 7.3 mln shares of the company at 100.50 rupees a share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: The company and DLF have sought government nod to set up special economic zones for IT sector in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

* TATA STEEL: Has maintained that cutting debt remains its key priority, even though it might fall short of cutting debt by $1 bln in 2019-20 (Apr-Mar), as stated earlier.

* TECH MAHINDRA: Will pay interim dividend of 10 rupees a share.
The company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc, will acquire 100% stake in US-based Zen3 Infosolutions (America) Inc in an all-cash consideration.

* TREE HOUSE EDUCATION & ACCESSORIES: Promoters Rajesh Bhatia and Geeta Bhatia have
received a show-cause notice from the Securities Exchange Board of India for insider trading by certain entities in the company's stock.

* TVS MOTOR CO: Is expected to see a 10% drop in the planned production of
