* ATUL AUTO: In December, the company's total sales fell 5.4% on year to 4,100 units.

* BANK OF BARODA: Has cut Base Rate and Prime Lending Rate by 20 basis points to 9% and 13.30%, respectively.

* CENTRAL DEPOSITORY SERVICES INDIA: Girish Amesara has taken charge as chief financial
officer of the company.

* COAL INDIA: Will spend nearly 69 bln rupees in acquiring land, heavy mining machinery, wagons and on-mine development activities in the current quarter, said Chairman A.K. Jha.
Provisional output in December was up 7.2% on year at 58.02 mln tn. Provisional offtake was at 53.63 mln tn, up 1.9% on year.

* DISH TV INDIA: The National Stock Exchange has placed shares of the company, SADBHAV
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT, GMR INFRASTRUCTURE, JINDAL STEEL & POWER, MAX  INDIA and SHREE RENUKA SUGARS under surveillance because of high pledged shares by promoters.

* EICHER MOTORS: Total commercial vehicle sales in December were down 19.1% on year to 5,042 units.

* FUTURE RETAIL: The board will meet on Saturday to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds through securities. Future Group's 'Sabse Saste Din' sale, centred around Republic Day, will also feature on Amazon.in, reflecting a broadening of the alliance between the two sides.

* GUJARAT NARMADA VALLEY FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS: The company has received a
demand notice from the Department of Telecommunications, directing the company to deposit 150 bln rupees outstanding amount before Jan 23, for 2005-19 (Apr-Mar) in connection with very small aperture terminal and Internet Service Provider licences held by the company. The amount is over 6 times the company's market capitalisation.

* HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT CORP: D. Guhan has taken charge as director of finance and chief financial officer at the company on orders from the government.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: IndiGo now has more than 250 planes in its fleet after inducting at least four neo aircraft on Tuesday.

* LEMON TREE HOTELS: The company has signed a licence agreement for a 40-room upcoming Hotel at Rajpur Road, Dehradun, under the brand 'Keys Prima'.

* MUTHOOT CAPITAL SERVICES: Raised 1.45 bln rupees through a securitisation deal on Tuesday.

* NTPC: Has decided to procure and use 6 mln tn of agro residue-based pellets to co-fire its power plants along with coal in 2020. In an attempt to broker a truce with Andhra Pradesh over its decision to relook at renewable energy contracts, the company has offered to buy 300 MW of green power from the state.

* OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP: Has begun an exercise to shed excess cost at the Mumbai offshore oil and gas fields of Panna-Mukta whose control it regained after two and half decades and has already saved 10 mln rupees in the shipping cost.

* POWER FINANCE CORP: Plans to raise at least 3.6 bln rupees through bonds maturing on Apr 14, 2023, and has invited bids for the same on Friday.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: Committee of creditors of the company will meet today to take a call on the bids it received from four companies and to seek an extension to complete the resolution process.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Reliance Jio Infocomm could foray into distributing mutual funds and other financial products in the new year.

* SONATA SOFTWARE: Is looking for acquisitions to ramp up specific capabilities or gain market access, said CEO Srikar Reddy.

* SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE: The board of wholly-owned subsidiary Srei Equipment Finance has allotted 19.36 mln shares at 491 rupees a piece to the company as consideration for business transfer.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: A special court has allowed a consortium of 15 lenders led by the bank to use fugitive economic offender and former liquor baron Vijay Mallya's moveable assets for recovery of dues.

* STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA: Has recorded a 47% on-year rise in sales to 1.68 mln tn during
December.

* SUN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES: Plans to consolidate its subsidiaries have hit a roadblock after the National Company Law Tribunal rejected a proposal in which the drug-maker sought to demerge an overseas unit.

* TATA MOTORS: Total domestic vehicle sales fell 12% on year to 44,254 units in December
