* ADANI GREEN ENERGY: Raised $362.5 mln from the dollar bond market and has earmarked the
proceeds for refinancing debt, among other uses.

* BHARAT PETROLEUM CORP: Vedanta Resources is evaluating an investment in the company which has been put on the block by the government as part of its privatisation drive.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Is said to have got "encouraging responses" at roadshows for its $3-bln fund-raising programme in Singapore, Hong Kong and at least one US city.

* CG POWER AND INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS: The National Company Law Tribunal on Monday
directed the corporate affairs ministry to conduct an independent inquiry and cooperate with the Securities and Exchange Board of India in investigating the accounts of the company.
More than 32% of the institutional shareholders of the company voted against the adoption of the FY19 audited financial statement of the company, amid an ongoing forensic audit ordered by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the findings of which are yet to be disclosed.

* CIPLA: Has acquired the brand name and trademark rights for Vysov & Vysov M of the anti-diabetic drug, Vildagliptin for the Indian market.

* EDELWEISS FINANCIAL SERVICES: The Competition Commission of India has approved the
proposed $44 mln investments by Sanaka Group in arm Edelweiss Securities.

* ELGI EQUIPMENTS: The board has approved the acquisition of Michigan Air Solutions LLC through its US-based wholly-owned subsidiary ELGi Compressors USA Inc for $6 mln.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE: The Enforcement Directorate has charged the company's promoters Rakesh and Sarang Wadhawan with laundering more than 25 bln rupees of the 67 bln rupees that the company had allegedly taken as loans from Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative Bank between 2007 and 2013.

* HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP: Has lent $100 mln to the promoters of APOLLO
HOSPITALS ENTERPRISE, to help them repay immediate debt obligations.

* IFB INDUSTRIES: Kotak Mahindra International sold its entire 4.37% stake or 1.8 mln shares in the company at 600 rupees per share through bulk deal on BSE.

* IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS: Board has given nod to the allotment of non-convertible debentures worth 14 bln rupees, including subscription of 50% issue by GIC affiliate on a private placement basis.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: An IndiGo A320neo aircraft flying from Bagdogra to Kolkata had to return mid-air on Monday due to engine problems, raising fresh concerns over a series of such snags over the past few month.

* JM FINANCIAL: The board will meet on Thursday to consider raising funds through shares or nonconvertible debentures and warrants.

* KESAR ENTERPRISES: Has agreed to pay 550 mln rupees to ALLAHABAD BANK as full and final settlement as against the total outstanding dues of 1.75 bln rupees to the bank.

* MAGMA FINCORP: ICRA has revised its rating outlook on Magma Housing Finance's non-convertible debentures to 'negative' from 'stable'.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: The aspiration of Indians to own a car is not going away any time soon, the company's Managing Director Pawan Goenka said.

* NIIT TECHNOLOGIES: The board will meet on Dec 23 to consider the proposal for buyback of the fully paid-up equity shares of the company.

* PUNJ LLOYD: INDIAN OIL CORP has invoked the bank guarantees given by the company for two turnkey projects and the company is taking appropriate legal steps.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: The UK High Court has termed the evidence provided by the
company's Chairman Anil Ambani as "inexplicably incomplete, implausible and highly unlikely", in a case over the bankrupt telco's failure to clear loans for which he was allegedly a personal guarantor.
-UK High Court has dismissed an application filed by Chinese banks seeking summary judgement in
their contested $680 mln claims against the company's Chairman Anil Ambani.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Has signed a definitive agreement with UK-based BP Plc to form a joint venture for retail fuel stations and aviation fuel business.
-Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, the Canadian asset management company, will invest 252.15 bln
rupees in the telecom tower assets of the company in a deal that will help strengthen the balance sheet of Reliance Jio Infocomm.

* RUCHI SOYA INDUSTRIES: STATE BANK OF INDIA and other public sector banks have decided to lend 40 bln rupees to Patanjali Ayurved for the acquisition of the company, which was facing bankruptcy proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

* SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO: S&P Global Ratings said that it has revised its outlook on the company to negative from stable.

* SPICEJET: Is likely to face added financial pressure next year amid increasing uncertainty over deliveries of Boeing 737 Max aircraft that it has ordered.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: Has signed a $277-mln loan agreement with the German development bank-- KfW, for establishing an energy efficient housing programme in India. Has cut its base rate and prime lending rate by 50 basis points each.

* TATA MOTORS: Is in initial talks with a couple of Chinese automobile companies for a tie-up for its passenger vehicles business.

* TEXMACO RAIL & ENGINEERING: Has moved the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal
against a National Company Law Tribunal order to initiate insolvency proceedings against erstwhile Bright Power Projects (lndia), now a unit of the company.

* TORRENT POWER: Has sought an increase of 21 paise per unit for supplying power to consumers in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Surat for 2020-21 (Apr-Mar), to make up for past under-recoveries.

* UCO BANK: Has raised 5 bln rupees through Basel-III compliant tier-II bonds at a coupon of 9.71%.

* VEDANTA: Vedanta Resources Chairman Anil Agarwal said the company is planning to invest around 600 bln rupees in the next 2-3 years.

* VODAFONE IDEA: Telecommunications Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that he does not
"appreciate" comments by Vodafone Group chief about the recent Supreme Court judgement.

* WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA: Managing Director Sunil D'Souza has resigned from the company and will be replaced by Vishal Bhola.
