USDINR, the pair after opening at 68.41 and made a high of 68.42 and saw the pair trading sidewise to negative between 68.05-68.20 levels on spot levels but its taken the supports of 68.00 SPOT and reversed due to dollar strength so still USDINR pair remains buy on dips.
Fundamental Overview
US dollar index is trading at 100.58, appreciating against the majors on the view that Trump administration may have some success in invigorating the U.S. economy. On the data front, weekly jobless claims were higher than expected, as flash services PMI moved to one-year highs. Neither had much impact on the greenback. Q4 GDP and core durable goods orders on tap today and another positive print will take the dollar index above the 101 mark.
