UCO Bank : The bank’s Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO) has revised the MCLR and TBLR rates, effective September 11, 2024. The new MCLR rates are 8.20 percent for overnight, 8.40 percent for one month, 8.55 percent for three months, 8.85 percent for six months, and 9.00 percent for one year. TBLR rates are 6.60 percent for three months, 6.70 percent for six months, and 6.75 percent for twelve months. The Repo Linked Rate is 9.30 percent, Base Rate is 9.60 percent, and BPLR is 14.25 percent. Other benchmark rates remain unchanged.
Dixon Technologies : The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the agreement with Aditya Infotech Limited (AIL) to acquire 6.5 percent of its equity by transferring 95 lakh shares from the JV Company.
Indigo : The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) has reduced the Rs 1.2 crore penalty on the company to Rs 70 lakh following an appeal. The reduced penalty has been paid on September 10, 2024.
Sun Pharmaceutical : The company received adjudication orders from the Regional Director, North Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The total penalty is Rs 10.7 lakh, with Rs 6.05 lakh on the company and Rs 1.55 lakh each on Mr. Dilip Shanghvi, Mr. Sailesh Desai, and Mr. Sudhir Valia. The violations include non-filing of Form MGT-14 in FY 2014-15 for board approval of revised financial statements under a High Court order.
